Introduce Sato Ushio[]
Synopsis
Sato Ushio is a troublemaker who is constantly causing trouble throughout the Land of Mountains. Much of the village dislikes him for it, but he enjoys the negative attention, as he had no parents, friends or anyone else to care for him. Despite claiming to be a talented spy, Sato is incapable of performing basic techninques and taking simple exams. When this leaves him to fail the graduation exam, he is greeted by a young Curse Reaper, Koga Muramasa, who intends to make Sato an official Curse Reaper. After making Sato a Curse Reaper, they are attacked by a wolf spirit. Koga protects Sato from the wolf spirit who intends to kill the both of them. The wolf spirit tells Sato that he is a half demon and half human who descended from the Ushio Clan, and the villagers hates him as the half blood he is. Koga said this is not the case, as he doesn't see Sato as a half blood, but a friend. Sato believes Koga and kills the spirit with one strike by his katana. Amazed by the way Sato killed the wolf spirit with one strike, Koga believes Sato has the potential to be a Curse Reaper.
